an opportunity for small businesses to meet and interact with governmental agencies and prime contractors and small business
resource partners. This is also an opportunity for contracting officers to network with certified and qualified small
businesses from the Ark-La-Tex area to meet contracting goals.

The event will consist of an all day "reverse trade show"
with concurrent educational classes for the small businesses. The "reverse trade show" concept means that the governmental
agencies, prime contractors, and small business resource partners will be the exhibitors, and the small businesses will
be able to attend as the "foot traffic" and market to the different exhibitors.
